Tangled!

  I think Tangled is one of my favorite Disney princess movies. Rapunzel is a great role model for young girls. She is smart, independent, curious, and kind. I cried during this scene in the movie. Flynn Rider, a wanted theif, stumbles upon Rapunzel's tower and climbs it to escape a crazy palace horse named Maximus that is chasing him because he stole a tiara. After knocking him unconscious with her frying pan a few times, Rapunzel sees a chance to escape the tower that she's been forced to live in her entire life! When he wakes up, she makes a deal with him that she will return his stolen tiara if he will guide her (and her loyal chameleon Pascal) to see the floating lanterns that have mysteriously floated into the sky every year on her birthday. The kingdom did this to honor the lost princess. It was so sad because she didn't know that the lanterns were for her! She discovers later in the movie that she is the lost princess, and she and the king and queen are reunited.
  In this scene, Rapunzel finally lives her dream and sees the lights. She also realizes that she has fallen in love with Eugene (Flynn Rider) and they sing a beautiful duet together. Disney movies are just fantastic! Enjoy, and please watch the whole movie if you haven't seen it yet!
